J. H. Maher

Dr. James H. Maher treats a wide variety of neurological, muscular, and skeletal/joint disorders with a combination of Acupuncture, Low Level Laser Therapy, Chinese Herbal Medicine, and Homeopathic Medicine. He recently completed a M.S. in Neuroscience and a Ph.D. in Medicine; Alternative Medicines which has enabled him to have greater insight into the treatment of neurological disorders for the betterment of his neuromusculoskeletal patients. He also works in collaboration with some of the fertility specialists at the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine treating infertility issues involving both males and females. Maher practices a combination of the Tung Family Acupuncture of Master Ching-Chang Tung and the Balance Method of Acupuncture of Richard Tan. Maher employs the Fang Jia Fang method of Chinese herbal medicine; compound homeopathic preparations and protocols advanced by Heel Homeopathics; 5 diode Galium, Aluminum, Arsenide Laser.
He was trained in acupuncture and Chinese herbal medicine in Taiwan, ROC and OMD. He has written 5 reference texts in acupuncture and hope to pen several more.
