Description

This book by Pierre-André Repond and Bernard de Wurstemberger identifies more than fifty specific affections of the child which are approached in the form of synoptic tables. For each syndrome are considered the etiopathogenesis, the symptoms, the pulse, the state of the tongue, the principles of treatment, a choice of acupuncture points as well as a Chinese pharmacopoeia formula.

This clinical notebook was largely inspired by the excellent works ‘Handbook of TCM pediatrics’ by Bob Flaws and ‘Pediatric Acupuncture’ by May Loo: there are indeed only a few references in the French-speaking literature on acupuncture, pediatric.
