Volume 8 of the Advanced Tung Style Acupuncture Series of Master Tung is completely about the treatment of orthopedic disorders. Like the other Master Tung books this is also suited for more experienced practitioners who have been educated by top Tung Style specialists like Wei-Chieh Young, Min-Chuan Wang, Palden Carson, Robert Chu, Esther Su, Richard Tan, Miriam Lee, Susan Johnson, Mccann and others and have an experience with f Master Tung’s Acupuncture. The new volume 8 of Maher about orthopedics shows in over 630 pages over 980 prescriptions culled from the Tung Acupuncture literature. More than 15 different sources in Chinese language (which are partly not even in Chinese available any more) were the base of this book.
Maher brought these sources together, translated and compiled all orthopedic prescriptions and diagrams. You find
author-specific point locations, detailled needling instructions, contraindications and additional clinical comments also from his own clinical experience in Master Tung’s acupuncture.
